June 1992 SAT.
This John-Roger seminar was given during a workshop on dreams. Listen, and you’ll learn unusual things about dreams and how to work with them. Leaning against an ancient rock at Windermere Ranch under a canopy of trees, J-R says, “Dreams contain stored-up energy, usually conditioned by us, which gets dumped into the repository of the unconscious.” Ah, the collective unconscious. Imagine the dynamo that’s collecting everyone’s stored-up energy!
J-R goes on, “You have access to this energy if you know how to invade the areas of your unconscious…this dynamo.” But be careful since it’s likely to be more energy that you can handle in the waking state.
“We dream the dream of God, the dream of our own divinity,” J-R says, “and how we can have more of that awareness. When the awareness allows you to participate more — and more participation is a great strengthener—this, then is the receptacle by which you receive more of the energy and the awareness of life. And life is God. So it’s all set up for us.”
