What can one person do to make a difference in this world – to make a positive impact?Ā
Some people say it is about having money or connections.Ā
To me, we can make a positive difference living in our own personal integrity.Ā
Being true to oneself is the heart of personal integrity.
John-Roger, DSS

If you ever felt like the world’s spinning out of control, with fake news, empty promises, and people saying one thing but doing another, and you’ve found it stressful and exhausting – that’s where personal integrity comes in. It’s not just a fancy word, it’s our superpower in today’s chaotic world.

In a world where trust is increasingly scarce and authenticity is often questioned, personal integrity has become the true currency of our time. This 9-week course offers a deep dive into the principles and practices that build unshakeable self-trust, help us make tough choices we can be proud of, and assist us deepen the trustworthy person we know, in our hearts, to be.

Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, we’ll explore the wisdom of great thinkers and leaders who exemplified integrity, from ancient sages like Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus to modern-day role models. We’ll learn how to align our actions with our values, cultivate honest relationships, and do what’s right in challenging situations.

By the end of this course, we’ll have developed a personal framework for living with integrity, enhancing our leadership potential, and building stronger, more meaningful connections in our personal lives. Above all, we will have a solid commitment to being true to ourselves and true to the Spirit that flows through us.

All classes are recordedĀ and can be accessed live, or viewed laterĀ at your own paceĀ for at least a year after you register.
