“If it is funny later, it is funny now” is a direct quote from our spiritual teacher, John-Roger. J-R demonstrated over and over again ways to bring humor, laughter and fun to challenging situations. In this workshop you’ll have an opportunity to practice shifting your point of view to a positive focus, and rising to the Spirit of the occasion, in challenging situations. How can you see a challenging situation in your life as an opportunity to allow more joy, fun and laughter in, regardless of the circumstance? Together we’ll practice tools and techniques that invite you to deal with stressful moments with a sense of humor, while trusting yourself and Spirit in a deeper way.
