Do not attempt to castigate the outer condition by asking, "Why?" or "How dare you?" Those kinds of questions will take you into a sense of betrayal. If you say things like "I do not deserve this" or "I did not agree to this," you might as well look into the mirror and see that you are talking to yourself.
