When you find yourself being serious or worrying, allow your higher nature to lift you so you are more aware of your joy and the joy in others and situations. Choose to have fun, even if others criticize you by saying you are making fun of a situation. You can say, "Yes, I am making fun of it! I would rather have fun than be serious and somber."
