If you keep finding it difficult to be happy with what you are doing, then consider you need to change what you are doing. What you are doing may not be working, regardless of your attitude. Let your happiness be your guide. Ask, "What would make me happy?" Take a moment to let your happiness show you. Be willing to do something about matching what your happiness is showing to you. It might be as simple as asking for what you want. Perhaps that takes your courage. So be courageous when your happiness is on the line. And remember that your source of happiness is within you, not outside in what happens or what others do. Be happy just because you can.-John Morton, DSS
