When you have your best intentions to go to God, you can sometimes be hung up on some silly thing that you ignored. You'll be wondering, "Why don't I have these beautiful inner experiences that I've had before?" You have levels of responsibility to take care of, and as you fulfill them, you go free. If you'll take care of your 10 percent, your physical level responsibilities, there's an opportunity for grace, which will allow things to be done for you spiritually even though you may not know it.-John Morton, DSS
