We open ourselves to have the experience of love and truth in all things. And whatever we experience or encounter - whether it is something we like or don't like, whether it is expected or unexpected, regardless of its nature - we embrace it all in truth and love by letting go and trusting in God's will. This will is all-encompassing. It's in your breath, breathing in and breathing out.
